Fire Extinguisher Refilling & Service in Chennai

An extinguisher is only useful if it works

Fire extinguishers sit unused for years, and that is exactly why they fail when needed: lost pressure, caked powder, a blocked hose or an expired service date. RS Technologies refills, services and maintains fire extinguishers of all types and brands for offices, shops, restaurants, hospitals, schools, apartments, factories and warehouses across Chennai.

When does an extinguisher need attention?

Maintenance, refilling and pressure testing follow the Indian standard for portable extinguishers (IS 2190) and the manufacturer’s instructions. We tag every extinguisher with its service date.

• After any use, even a short discharge
• When the pressure gauge needle is out of the green zone
• When the service or refill date on the tag has passed
• If the seal or safety pin is broken or missing
• If the cylinder is dented, rusted or the hose is cracked

Fire extinguisher AMC

With an AMC, we keep track of every extinguisher on your premises: periodic inspection, refilling when due, pressure testing, replacement of damaged units and updated service records. It is the easiest way to stay inspection-ready without remembering dates yourself.

Planning a refill visit

Inspection happens on site; refilling may mean taking units away. Tell us how many extinguishers you have and of which types, and we will plan the visit so your premises are not left short of protection.
